Services remain active, and fees remain due, during the notice period.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Refund Rule
Because LoftyBloom provides digital and custom services, we do not guarantee refunds after work has commenced.
LoftyBloom considers refund requests only under the conditions outlined below
5.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be issued if:
- The client purchased the service, and LoftyBloom has not yet begun any work.
- The client submits a written cancellation request within 48 hours of purchase.
- No onboarding, setup, research, or account access has occurred
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
5.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has already started (including onboarding, strategy, setup, or research)
- Advertising accounts or tools have been accessed
- Deliverables have been partially or fully provided
- Delays may occur when the client does not provide required information or approvals in a timely manner.
- Marketing results may vary, and LoftyBloom does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results.
5.4 Advertising Spend
All advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) is:
- Non-refundable
- Paid directly to the platform
- Not controlled by LoftyBloom
LoftyBloom’s management fees are separate from ad spend.
6. Fees & Costs
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and strategy fees are non-refundable
- Monthly retainers cover time, expertise, and ongoing management
- Any outstanding balance remains due at the time of cancellation
7. Service-Specific Requirements
To remain eligible for services and fair consideration:
- Clients must provide timely access, approvals, and materials
- Failure to cooperate may impact performance but does not qualify for a refund
- Pausing or delaying a service does not stop billing unless agreed in writing
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- LoftyBloom processes refunds using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

- Avoid initiating chargebacks without written communication
Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and account suspension.
