Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 General Refund Rule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Because LoftyBloom provides digital and custom services, we do not guarantee refunds after work has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">LoftyBloom considers refund requests only under the conditions outlined below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">A refund <strong>may be issued<\/strong> if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The client purchased the service, and LoftyBloom has not yet begun any work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The client submits a written cancellation request within 48 hours of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">No onboarding, setup, research, or account access has occurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.3 Non-Refundable Situations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Work has already started (including onboarding, strategy, setup, or research)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Advertising accounts or tools have been accessed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Deliverables have been partially or fully provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Delays may occur when the client does not provide required information or approvals in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Marketing results may vary, and LoftyBloom does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.4 Advertising Spend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">All advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Paid directly to the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Not controlled by LoftyBloom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">LoftyBloom\u2019s management fees are separate from ad spend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Fees &amp; Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Setup fees, onboarding fees, and strategy fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Monthly retainers cover time, expertise, and ongoing management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any outstanding balance remains due at the time of cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
